RTC HELP file (CHM) not showing content?

You only see an error page when you open the RTC SDK or Portal HELP file (CHM)?
That is a Windows security feature which is automatically applied to all files downloaded from the Internet. You need to right-click the CHM file and select Properties. Then, you will see the "Allow" (Zulassen in German) button in the General tab close to the Properties Window (bottom), with a text left from the button saying something like "The file came from another PC and access to the file was blocked for security reasons". All you need to do now is click on the "Allow" (or what ever its called) button next to that text and close the Properties dialog with a click on the OK button. After that, you will be able to see the contents of the Help file.
