Our users in users in Russia makes connection to our RTC http server in the Netherlands.
No problem.
We are testing now with users in Venezuela and they connot make connection to our server.
Ofcourse we are looking now at firewall issues.

But, are there more issues that we have to take in account ?

As far as I know, there is nothing you can do in your RTC Server code to make the Server more or less visible. RTC Server works like any other HTTP-based Server and will be accessible if there are no firewalls, routers or gateways blocking the path for the Client.

But ... some hosting companies and Internet Service Providers will blacklist certain IP address ranges to prevent people from certain regions to launch DDOS attacks against IPs in their domain (or Servers they host). This usually happens if someone from that region tries to launch an attack and it usually lasts a couple of days (depending on the ISP and hosting company). The same can also happen on a more global level when one or more major gateways and internet hubs start filtering certain IP ranges.

In other words, if there are no firewall issues on your side and your customers also have everything set up correctly, you might have to talk to your ISP and your hosting provider to ask if they are filtering IPs in the range from which your customers are coming.
