32601 Exception

I have this problem that I do not know how to fix it.
I have a server application that uses RtcHttpServer, rtcFunctionGroup, RtcServerModule and 32 functions attached to this server.
My probem is that all functions are functional in calls from the client application on a phone connected to the intranet and with intranet requests (ip like 192 .....) and when the phone is connected to any other network than the local one, certain features are not accessible.
Port forwarding on the router is set, firewall settings are performed, application connects to the server, login functions work, but some functions do not. The server returns the exception 32601: Function XXX not found. These functions are accessible from intranet requests.

Can you help me with suggestions?

The only thing I can tell you, based on your description (error code -32601), is that the TRtcServerModule component was unable to find the function. But you already knew that, so ...
