Title: #10013 Permission denied Post by: jxu on November 16, 2015, 10:19:26 AM I try to develop web server in windows 10 and Delphi 10. The Web Server cannot listen.
It gives me ERtc Socket Error>Error #10013 in "bind:" Permission denied. I turn off firewall, defender, and use port 81, all not working. Everything works under windows 7 environment. What else I can try to make it work under Windows 10?
